Nashville Predators Pride
Commissioned by the Nashville Predators for their ninth annual Pride Night, this project centered on reimagining the iconic Pred Head logo through the lens of the Progress Pride Flag, a design that honors both the team's identity and the full spectrum of the LGBTQ+ community. Color was the primary design challenge: rather than a straightforward rainbow overlay, the palette was carefully shifted to harmonize with the Predators' signature gold. The curvature of the colors, specifically in the jersey numbering alludes to both the arc of a rainbow and a waving flag, symbolizing the constant movement and progress of the community. The design extended beyond the jersey itself into arena graphics, print materials, and a limited-run Pride t-shirt distributed at the game and worn by players during Nashville's citywide Pride parade. The work was featured on NHL.com and a signed jersey was auctioned through the Predators Foundation.
